I ran into a few problems where seller didn't want to wait for my financing and had to give-up purchase. Over a year she stuck with me. I have a disability and needed specific needs in a condo. I truly believed that I would never find a place. Joan could have just thrown up her hands on my bid to own a condo but she didn't; she is one tough lady. She worked very hard to eventually get me my condo. Her great negotiating skills shines all over this purchase of MY condo. I can't thank her enough. Believe me she is definitely the person you want in your corner.
